The current wave of globalization has increased the number of cross border connections in almost every sphere of life and the non-profit sector is no exception. Since, the arrival of new CEO Dr. M. Najeeb Khan, PEN has embarked upon growing international contacts and collaborative relations with the global donor organizations, whilst at the same time, continuing to maintain a primarily domestic focus. In this regard, JICA Chief of Pakistan was invited on 17th January, 2020 to visit PEN. The outcomes of this meeting were fruitful. So far, the PEN vessel was sailing into local streams and rivers, with the JICA Chief visit, PEN is making its headways straight into the international oceans
